Very convenient location with bus stops and a tram stop right down the road. We got a great corner room with good views. It was less than a kilometre to the start line for the Gold Coast Marathon, and there're restaurants and cafes all nearby, leading to Australia Fair Mall, that has supermarkets too.

Excellent and convenient location to the beach and shopping centres. The room is nice and tidy. Friendly and helpful staffs at the counter from 8am to 8pm. Also love the cafe by the lobby. Only the shower has no door and the water goes where they shouldn’t. So you would need two new floor mats everyday since they will all be soaking wet for sure.

This has to be the best bolt-hole on the Gold Coast. Close to Australia Fair (walking distance) Friendly staff, good breakfast facilities Rooms well cared for and quite comfortable. Access security excellent. My absolute preferred accommodation. Loved staying there!

Has basic, small rooms however clean, excellent air-conditioning (important in QLD). Location is excellent and prices are very good. Would definitely go again!

I had a wonderful stay during the whole travel in Gold Coast thanks to friendly staff. 😆 and it was my first time to provide my valid card for a pre-authorization damage deposit but all employees there gave me full description including the hotel policy. (They did not take any money but only confirmed if my card was valid, which means you do not need to worry about getting a refund of deposit by waiting for over 7 days.) If you are considering the price, silent rest and cleaness above all, I would like to recommend staying here. Unlike other negative reviews, I have never found any bugs or dirty things. It was super tidy and clean with no much noise, so I could make myself at home really. Please check the pictures I am uploading. And especially, I could see the ocean view, which I have never expected to see anything wonderful like one of the pictures I am posting, because the property is located quite far from the ocean. 🫢😲 And you can approach the tram station in 5 minutes on foot and can catch tram from/to helensvale station. With a very reasonable price, I could stay on the highest floor and could see the horizontal ocean view with the clear weather in the morning and afternoon. 😀 For your information, you should tap your room card key to the card reader at the main entrance door after 7 pm and you should put your room card key right under the buttons on the lift so do not forget to bring your card key every time you go out, and I think it is for guests' security. 😀 And there is an opened lift to go upstairs from the entrance door and you have to push going up/down button for like 30 seconds straight, otherwise it would stop. But please don't worry. It is slow but safe and convenient without carrying your heavy suitcases on the stairs. 😄

Will definately hit this place up again when I need to visit the GC. So easy to get to, 5 minute walk from the southport south tram stop. Close to everything. Clean, decent sized room, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Thank you
